Located in the heart of King West, their flagship studio delivers results-driven skincare and injectables, offering patients natural-looking outcomes with minimal downtime in a luxurious setting.As they build a team of forward-thinking professionals, they are seeking a Practice Manager to lead clinic operations, drive team performance, and create a standout guest experience. This is a rare opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping a clinic and culture with big aspirations in the aesthetics space.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesOperations and Business Management

  • Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure high-quality patient experiences
  • Monitor financial performance, assist with budgeting and reporting
  • Maintain supply inventory and vendor coordination
  • Support software implementation and process development
  • Conduct audits and manage cost controls
Patient Services
  • Foster a warm, high-touch guest experience
  • Equip staff with knowledge to confidently communicate services and products
  • Manage patient feedback and resolve concerns professionally
  • Contribute to the development of value-driven treatment plans
Team Leadership and Development
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training for clinical and administrative staff
  • Build a positive, inclusive workplace culture
  • Manage staff performance and clinic scheduling
  • Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations
  • Support team well-being through mentorship and proactive leadership
Sales and Strategy
  • Develop and execute sales initiatives to increase patient engagement and revenue
  • Set team sales goals and monitor performance
  • Promote cross-selling and patient education strategies
  • Analyze clinic performance data to identify areas of growth
Community Engagement and Partnerships
  • Represent the clinic in community outreach and in-studio events
  • Coordinate with vendors to maintain high-quality supply offerings
  • Collaborate with leadership to align business development and growth initiatives
Required Experience and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years in clinic, medspa, dermatology, or plastic surgery management
  • Experience leading dynamic teams with a coaching-based leadership style
  • Strong operational, financial, and sales acumen
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving start-up environment
  • Professional demeanor and high emotional intelligence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and practice management systems
