Job Description

Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join the growing team of a leading company in international vehicle exports, specializing in B2B operations from Canada.The successful candidate will play a key role in handling the full procurement cycle, from sourcing and quotations to order confirmation and delivery coordination. This role supports our dynamic procurement and sales departments and offers a great opportunity to grow within the vehicle sales and export industry.Why Join Us

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full procurement cycle: request for quotation, sourcing, presenting to sales, order confirmation, and delivery follow-up.
  • Maintain and build relationships with vendors; prepare contracts and agreements for signature.
  • Utilize MS Excel and provider platforms for procurement activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales department and procurement team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership and export regulations.
ProfilQualifications
  • Education: Minimum college degree required.
  • Experience: 2–3 years in the automotive industry, preferably in vehicle sales or as a financial manager in a dealership.
  • Languages: Proficient in English; French is an asset. Russian is beneficial for internal communication.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding or willingness to learn about dealership and export regulations.
