Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Supports Client’s wide-ranging business information requirements, implementing and supporting business intelligence software solutions
• Develops and supports customized query applications which analyze key business data
• Develops and supports guided analysis and drill-down functionality, routine scheduling and notification of report generation, and effective implementation of “opportunity” and “key-trend” alerts.
• Provides Clients with approach options and tools for managing business-related data in a manner that assists in quantitative analysis of progress and the relationship between operational actions and their effect on business objectives.

General Skills:

• Experience with analyzing data in source systems to identify data cleanliness issues (e.g. missing values, duplicate meanings, and invalid data)
• Experience with developing feedback processes to fix corrupt data in the source systems
• Experience with developing data extraction, transformation, and load programs (daily and initial load) functionality on a wide-range of data repositories (relational and multi- dimensional data stores)
• Experience with developing, implementing and maintaining schedule/dependency logic for Extract Transform Load (ETL) scripts
• Experience with developing monitoring and error notification processes to ensure data is updated as designed
• Experience with developing automation extraction, cleansing and load scripts
• Experience generating research models and reports (scheduled and ad-hoc)
• Proven troubleshooting and analytical experience
• Experience in process decomposition/mapping and business process re-engineering and complex data models using UML.
• Experience in the use of development tools and business re-engineering software
• Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. business, logical, and physical models) based on Enterprise Application Processes and Modeling methodology and guidelines

Desirable Skills:

• Knowledge and experience in developing data analysis applications
• Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles, concepts,policies and practices
• Ability to provide expert advice in developing and integrating process and informationmodels to enable identifying and eliminating redundant business processes.
• Experience with developing monitoring and error notification processes to ensuredata is updated as designed

• Demonstrates design and development experience as a BI Programmer/ Developer
• Demonstrates experience developing and using re-usable components to assist with BI processes, and providing detailed documentation for the tools that are developed Demonstrates experience with developing, debugging and enhancing the performance of complex SQL queries
• Demonstrates experience designing and developing solutions on Microsoft Azure or other cloud infrastructure and services

• Demonstrates experience working Azure Active Directory, Auth0 or other single sign on token-based authentication solutions
• Demonstrates experience designing and developing solutions on Microsoft Azure or other cloud infrastructure and services
