Job Description

  • Manage a consolidated project plan and schedule, overseeing the day-to-day work of the DVS project team, including task assignments, prioritization, deliverables, issue resolution, risk management, stakeholder engagement, project communication, and project financials.
  • Provide regular communication and comprehensive status updates to leadership on all aspects of the DVS project, including future releases and client integrations. Prepare briefings, presentations, and other project documentation for Senior Managers and C-Level Executives to facilitate decision-making and obtain approvals.
  • Identify, monitor, escalate, resolve, and report project issues and risks specific to the DVS project. Maintain and update issues logs and risk registers for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Facilitate and coordinate project team meetings for the DVS project. Track and manage action items, decision points, risks, and issues arising from these meetings, ensuring leadership is regularly updated.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including client institutions, to ensure that project objectives, such as seamless integration of the DVS solution, are being achieved.
  • Work with internal and external service providers and partners to plan and align project dependencies and governance gate points, ensuring the integration of technical components and client-specific requirements.
  • Define and clarify roles, responsibilities, and deliverables for all project resources, setting quality and performance expectations aligned with the DVS project goals.
  • Promote agile and scrum best practices within the project team, clients, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.
  • Schedule and facilitate agile/scrum events for the DVS project, including backlog management, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, while ensuring alignment with project priorities.
  • Guide and direct project teams to ensure that deliverables for DVS releases and client integrations meet sprint and project goals, adhere to quality standards, and are delivered on time.
RequirementsExperience and Skill Set RequirementsProject Experience
  • 10+ years project management/project coordination experience.
  • 5+ years process Improvement or product management project experience.
  • ITIL V4 certification preferred.
  • Six Sigma, Business Analysis, Agile certifications a bonus.
  • Strong demonstrated experience with vendor management.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating complex technical projects, ensuring successful delivery through effective planning, monitoring, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience with implementing and managing large-scale, enterprise-level online identity verification solutions, integrating advanced technologies to meet requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience providing project updates to senior leadership, escalations, identify risks, and independently lead project document deliverables.
  • Demonstrated experience in improving processes and/or business activities.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a professional environment supporting multiple project managers and critical projects.
  • Experience developing project schedules and integrated plans, project status reports and maintaining and monitoring status reporting logs.
  • Experience monitoring project document repository and ensuring all documents are reviewed and maintained in the repository.
  • Experience leading design/solution/improvement workshops.
  • Experience gathering and developing requirements.
Communications Experience
  • Strong experience in large organizations requiring political acumen.
  • Demonstrated experience effectively communicating with teams, clients, various stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated experience reporting on progress of deliverables, milestones, issues and risks to various audiences, including steering committees and formal status reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience preparing documentation such as presentations, other documentation/deliverables and providing updates to senior management.
  • Experience presenting to executive steering committees responsible for project oversight and decision-making.
Must haves:
