Visit us @ rsvfx.com Our Salesamp; Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of various marketing efforts to promote Rocket Science.Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the creation of marketing content showcasing RSVFX’ best work, including sales collateral, demo reels and social media posts/graphics
• Execute targeted advertising and social media campaigns to develop community engagement
• Collaborate with sales team to provide marketing and sales administrative support
• Support People and Culture in administrative related tasks
• Manage the company website - rsvfx.com
• Assist in preparing client communications and press releases for external publication
• Assist in internal communication and promote company inclusive and positive culture
• Coordinate participation in industry conferences and trade shows, including booth design and marketing materials, as required
• Occasional work outside of business hours may be necessary
• Reception coverage may be required at times

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in marketing and/or administrative support role in the creative industry
• Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma specializing in Marketing/Communication
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, content creation, and social media marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Superior skill-set in organization, problem-solving, time-management, multi-tasking, and operating in a fast-paced manner
• Strong knowledge of social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator) is an asset
• General understanding of visual effects and post-production processes is an asset
• CRM knowledge is beneficial
