The Senior Content Strategist is tasked with maintaining the highest standards in content planning and development, balancing strategic foresight with meticulous resource and talent management. Their role encompasses a multifaceted approach, requiring not only strategic acumen but also the ability to refine and evolve content processes across departments. Acting as a champion of content, they aim to deliver products that meet client objectives in the ever-evolving content landscape. This role involves leading strategic efforts for major projects, including new business initiatives, while also overseeing a team of Content Coordinators to ensure the agency can meet a diverse range of content needs effectively.With deep expertise in paid, earned, and owned media, the Senior Content Strategist collaborates closely with internal and external teams of varying levels to drive content initiatives across relevant platforms. They facilitate sessions with stakeholders from c-suite executives to junior content media managers, inspiring creativity and providing insightful direction. Their extensive experience in content strategy and integration enables them to develop tools, guidelines, and playbooks while accurately planning scopes for new and existing clients.
