Job SummaryJob DescriptionWhat is the opportunity As Senior Manager, Finance you will provide financial and strategic advice and analysis to the Digital Strategyamp; Experience (DSE) team within P amp;CB, leading the analysis of financial performance and providing support and leadership on key business decisions. You will act as the primary finance contact for the DSE Executive and Senior Management teams and will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting and analysis of DSE costs and routinely review business performance and proactively identify areas of risk, opportunity and success.In addition, the role will support Canadian Banking Operations on special projects and initiatives. What will you do Proactively partner to provide advice to DSE executives and senior management on business performance and cost trends Oversee the monitoring, analysis and reporting of financial results and identify opportunities for efficiencyProvide financial leadership and modelling for business cases and other analysis in support of key strategic business decisions Primary liaison to other Canadian Banking senior leaders in support of cost allocations and impact on product costs.Identify, recommend and monitor key cost drivers and recommend cost opportunities to senior management Continuously enhance reporting processes to ensure timely and insightful reporting of financial information. Ensure the integrity, accuracy, completeness of financial informationConsult, creating strong relationships executives and senior management. Act as lead on special projects and initiatives in support of the Digital and Operations teams.Ensures the integrity, accuracy, completeness of financial informationConsult, creating strong relationships and communication with executives/senior management. Must Have5+ Years of Financial Planning and Analysis experienceExcellent communication skills, both oralamp; written, with good interpersonal skills in order to establish relationships across all levels of the enterprise. Experience in financial reportingamp; analysis and cost management.Experience using metrics, KPIs and cost/value drivers in performance managementExperience with unique financial systems such as EPM or similar reporting toolsProblem solving and collaborative skillsCurious and proactive mindsetSolid business acumenNice to HaveExperience with data tools including Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Knime etc. Knowledge on Bank’s operations, products and services. Knowledge on calculation and drivers of staff costs, including pensionamp; benefits.Knowledge of cost allocations and internal management chargeoutsPrior experience providing direct support to executives, senior business leadersB.
