Job Description

Soluno is a cloud-based Time, Billing and Accounting solution, which is based in Toronto Canada and services law firms across North America. Soluno is part of the Actionstep family, whose North American headquarters is located in Denver, Colorado.We are seeking a talented and highly motivated sales engineer to join our dynamic sales team at Soluno. The Solutions Engineer will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of our products, industry trends, and customer needs, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Devlos Software, maker of Soluno is now an Actionstep solution! Soluno is a cloud-based Billing and Accounting solution for law firms. This partnership will allow us to continue our mission in enabling law firms to succeed by providing powerful legal practice management software that modernizes the client experience and increases the efficiency of firm operations. We work hard, put customers first, and never back down from a challenge.What You’ll Do·Develop a deep understanding of Soluno’s product offerings and stay updated on industry trends.·Collaborate with the product development team to stay informed about upcoming features and enhancements.·Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase Soluno’s solutions.·Partner with the sales team to understand customer requirements and align Soluno’s solutions with their needs.·Provide pre-sales technical support, addressing prospect inquiries and concerns.Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare and deliver compelling proposals and technical documentationRequirementsWhat We’re Looking For·Be a trusted advisor, offering technical guidance and expertise to customers throughout the sales cycle.·Be able to conduct training sessions for sales teams to ensure they are equipped with the technical knowledge to effectively sell Soluno’s solutions.·Develop and maintain sales collateral, including technical documentation, case studies, and solution briefs.·Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.·Continuously update technical knowledge to effectively address evolving customer needs.Must Haves·Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.·Proven experience in a sales engineering or technical pre-sales role within the technology industry.·Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex accounting concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.·Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically about business challenges.·Willingness to travel for on-site customer engagements as needed.Nice to Haves● Salesforce.com experience a plus● Comfortability working within Office 365BenefitsBenefits·Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.·Comprehensive health and dental insurance.·Retirement savings plan.·Professional development opportunities.·Dynamic and collaborative work environment.If you are a passionate and a technically proficient individual with a desire to contribute to Soluno’s success, we invite you to apply for the Solutions Engineer position.Join us in revolutionizing accounting solutions for law firms worldwide.To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience and why you are a great fit for this role.
