WHO ARE WE LOOKING FORACML is actively seeking a Technical Services Sales Representative located in Toronto, ON whose main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Identify and secure new business leads, acquire new clients, initiate lead generation efforts, and engage in industry networking.
  • Uncover and generate new business within GTA through various methods such as cold calling and researching.
  • Identify and contact potential clients through networking and marketing methods.
  • Introduce strategic alternatives to overcome objections and negotiate with leads.
  • Prepare and deliver promotional materials for prospective clients.
  • Respond to sales inquiries and meet with potential customers to identify immediate or future needs.
  • Create proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that identify and provide solutions to prospective clients #39; needs.
  • Promoteamp; sell the ABSL offerings persuasively and confidently while optimizing profit levels.
  • Build partnering relationships with clients responsible for the decision-making process. Actively listen, probe, and identify concerns. Understand each customer’s business and demonstrate technical expertise to develop credibility, loyalty, and trust.
  • Develop, implement, and manage sales programs for assigned regions and market areas to promote sales and services of ABSL services and technical capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain close business relationships with Building Ownersamp; Managers.
  • Possess an understanding of Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems to accurately appraise existing systems, evaluate general site conditions, and recommend the most applicable technical solution.
  • Understand project opportunities and coordinate with ABSL technical staff to develop solutions that are technically viable and price competitive.
  • Create and implement strategies and plans to achieve assigned sales objectives.
  • Exceed assigned margin targets while in pursuit of sales orders for the assigned territory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
WHAT WILL YOU BRING
  • Technical proficiency through completion of college diploma or university degree
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a related industry with Mechanical or Electrical backgrounds, including: Electrical/HVAC/Plumbing/ Sales
  • Strategic and self-motivated with exceptional organizational skills
  • Skilled in methods to build and maintain strong business relationships with customers
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, technical, and financial abilities
