The Shop Management System (SMS) provides an all-in-one, cloud-based auto repair management software that helps after-market auto shop owners focused on general repair to better understand, manage, and grow their business—from scheduling appointments to managing technicians and generating invoices to help save time and money.As a business, we just announced our $30m Series B led by Bain Capital, Threshold Ventures, and Advanced Venture Partners (AVP) and aren’t slowing down. We will be the de facto choice for all shop owners looking to grow and improve their businesses with your help!In this new Technical Trainer role, you will:

  • Foster high-value client relationships by demonstrating a clear understanding of the stakeholder’s business and identifying the appropriate solutions to address their unique needs to maximize their value on AutoLeap
  • Collaborate with the in-house productamp; content team to develop training as it relates to product features, to then create and deliver training for internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and facilitate value-add customer facing seminars
  • Provide on-site support and training to customers
  • Create and expand our knowledge base to support self-led training
Requirements
  • Help develop a best-in-class customer training and enablement function, working alongside our implementation and customer experience teams
  • 1-2 years experience in software implementations with a focus on training, or similar project management experience (bonus points for familiarity with the SaaS business model, the automotive industry and experience serving SMB customers)
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% - 50% of the time (applicants required to be based out of Canada/US)
  • Passion for helping others (you love seeing your customers succeed)
  • Strong track record of success and progression in previous roles and be in good standing in your current role
