Job Description

IKON Complete Inc. is a Recruitmentamp; Search Firm specializing in identifying,amp; sourcing top performers for our clientele. Position: CMT TechnicianLocation: Trenton, ONPay Rate: $40 per hour Industry: Aerospace / Maintenanceamp; Repairs / AME-MEmployment Term: Full Time / Permanent Rolesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inspections and test to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards and identify any irregularities
  • Ensure all repairs and inspection is performed in accordance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in accordance with the guidelines
  • Ensure equipment calibration and maintenance to guarantee accurate and reliable testing outcomes
  • Provide proper training and guidance to junior technicians
  • Participate in root cause analysis and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Other tasks as assigned
Qualificationsamp; Experience:
  • Post Secondary Education or equivalent in Aerospace Technology or related field
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a CMT Technician in the Aerospace or manufacturing industry
  • Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (approved by TCCA or other applicable governing body)/ Military course or equivalent
  • Valid AME-M license/ DND equivalent certification
  • Currently hold or able to get Controlled Goods Program Clearance
  • In depth knowledge of composite materials and manufacturing processes
  • Good computer and MS Office skills
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
