Job Description

We are looking for dynamic and knowledgeable individuals to join our cafe team.Job Summary:Candidates will be responsible for greeting incoming customers and helping them choose from a variety of coffees, pastries, teas, sandwiches, and more. Cafe team members must be friendly, courteous, and able to multitask in this fast-paced environment. They must also have a passion for the food service industry and an eagerness to learn new skills.Responsibilities:

  • Take orders while paying attention to details.
  • Prepare beverages following precise recipes.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers.
  • Keep the bar area clean and spotless.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Clean the restaurant or cafe after closing time.
  • Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
  • Answer customer questions about menu items and restaurant policies.
  • Be a cashier.

  • A successful NovelTeam member has good attention to detail with great communication skills.
  • They should be able to handle food properly and memorize ingredients while also making changes when asked by customers.
  • Their memory skills should be sharp as this will add efficiency to a customer’s experience, enhancing a team members customer service skills.
