Job Description

Fundy Textile & Design Ltd. is growing again! We are a locally owned and operated creative production facility, with over 35 years serving clients across Canada and the United States. Fundy is looking for an individual to join our Embroidery Night shift Team as an machine operator, Monday to Thursday 3Pm to 1Am, regular rate 15.50/hr with a $2.00/hr incentive for night shift. (17.50/hr) Training will be days Monday to Friday 8 to 4 at the regular rate, will transfer to nights when training is completed.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:

  • Follow detailed instructions.
  • Operate embroidery machine.
  • Use creative problem-solving skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Review work orders to ensure accuracy of finished product.
  • Be a team player and willing to be flexible to assist others.
Qualifications
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and have excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Physically demanding - required to stand for extended periods of time and ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • 10 hour shifts 3 PM to 1 AM Monday through Thursday
  • Attention to detail.
  • Previous production experience considered an asset.
