You #39;ll be at the heart of our hiring and orientation processes, sourcing top-notch candidates, and utilizing advanced interviewing techniques to ensure we bring the best talent on board.Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate: Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs and develop effective strategies.
• Designamp; Coordinate: Lead the hiring process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Source Talent: Find qualified candidates through job sites, databases, networking, and more.
• Network: Build connections with professional groups, communities, and organizations to expand our talent pool.
• Advise: Provide guidance to hiring managers to help them make informed hiring decisions.
• Onboard: Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth orientation process.
• Support: Take on other duties as assigned to support the HR team.

What We #39;re Looking For:

• Education: Undergraduate degree or certificate in HR Management or Business Administration preferred.
• Experience: Proven success as a recruiter with hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle.
• Industry Knowledge: Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Flexibility: Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities in a large organization.
• Integrityamp; Energy: High standards of integrity, energy, and self-motivation.
• Legislation Knowledge: Understanding of applicable legislation and its applications.
• Enthusiasm: A positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
