This role involves identifying, developing, implementing, and documenting process improvements in the manufacturing process. They will indirectly manage a team and have responsibility for technical needs operations. This position demands a hands-on, experienced individual capable of managing technical and operational projects that encompass a wide range of equipment, materials, and procedural issues. The Industrial Engineer will apply principles of industrial engineering to optimize processes, enhance efficiency, and improve product quality.Principle Accountabilities
