Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers regarding company products and services.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations and proposals to potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Assist with customer support and troubleshooting as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field preferred or combination of previous experience in technical sales or customer service role, preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and understand complex products and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or industry events.
