This role is responsible for the day-to-day preparation of documents for new and additional loans for Crown Lending Agencies.Primary AccountabilitiesYou provide legal secretarial support to ensure successful, efficient and effective operations of a team oriented professional group. You make sure legal documentation is completed both timely and accurately as well as ensure quality standards are adhered to and correspondence, related to the placements of loans, are in place. This position also maintains information dealing with the client files, documentation and electronic information as well as establishes an efficient work schedule.Qualifications and ExperienceTo be successful within this role, you will have successfully completed a one-year secretarial business course and have three years’ related experience; or an equivalent combination or training and experience.As the successful candidate you will maintain data systems as well as be proficient in the use of computers, with a specific focus in Word processing. You will have strong written communication especially in relation to letter and document writing. A good working knowledge of the general administrative aspects of an office is also required.Knowledge of loan administration requirements, procedures to process, and secure loans is required as well as a good understanding of mortgages and other personal property security documentation.
