Areas of responsibility include managerial oversight of provincial Primary Assessment Centers, Facility Access, Screening Services, and other COVID specific activities. The Manager is responsible for the planning, organizing, and controlling of all aspects of operations and day to day management of COVID Response Services within the applicable zone. The Manager applies strategic and analytical thinking to address challenges to achieve the ultimate goal of high quality, safe and cost effective services to better support patient experience/outcome.The Manager exhibits sound professional judgment and initiative while working within the framework and objectives of the COVID Response Program and the Mission and Vision and Strategic Direction of NSH.Travel to various facilities within the zone will be required.The location of this position is variable with Northern Zone and will be determined with the successful candidate.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:
