First and second law analyses are covered, including entropy, availability, and efficiencies.This course is to be offered in person on the Truro Campus during the Fall 2022 semester. Lectures are currently scheduled for Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays 8:35am-9:25am with labs scheduled weekly on Thursdays 14:35-17:25The part-time academic will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the class, including lectures, labs, test preparation, and evaluation. As well. student contact through virtual or in-person office hours may be required. The position reports to the Chair of the Department.Qualifications/Requirements of PositionMSc in Engineering (Chemical or Agricultural) or related field. (Ph.D. preferred). Seeking demonstrated teaching effectiveness and superior interpersonal skills.
