These responsibilities may be related to multi-site operations. Duties will be performed in accordance with the Mission, Vision, Values, Standards, Policies and Procedures of NSHA. NSHA is committed to patient safety, continued quality improvement, and advancing the delivery of safe and trusted health services.About YouWe would love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Completion of Grade XII plus graduate of a one year business, office information technology, medical office assistant course
  • Minimum one (1) year secretarial/office administration experience preferably in health care setting
  • Proven keyboard and computer skills: Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Proven ability to use sound judgment and initiative
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to set and achieve priorities.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communications skills; must be an effective team player
