Service and Install TechnicianThe Role:Troubleshoot and repair of a wide variety of security equipment such as alarm systems, CCTV, access control, intercoms, and computer networksInstallation of new systems and upgrades with accuracy to meet client needs and expectationsUphold company and industry standards for quality and within recognized guidelinesResolve client concerns and provide exceptional customer service, making recommendations where appropriate to ensure optimal system functionMaintain accurate service records, including detailed notes and inventoryComfortable working at heights on ladders and lifts, in attics and crawl spaces, as well as to lift 50+ lbs.Able to work safely in a construction site environment is a must.Qualification1 year experience in the security industry preferred; knowledge of IP cameras, access control and intrusion systems.Ability to troubleshoot, repair, maintain and install equipment is required.Work with high degree of accuracy and thoroughness.Strong organizational skills.Motivated self-starter and effective team player.Must have a clean criminal record and a valid Driver #39;s license.This a full-time permanent position with a very attractive compensation package including benefits, pension matching, and other employee incentives.
