Job Description

Fundy Textile and Design Ltd. is hiring Silk-Screen Printing Machine Operators.

  • Night Shift 3pm to 1am. Training will initially be on days before moving to night. Starting rate is $14.50 with a 2.00 premium for nights worked.
Over the years our customers have come to trust us to design and deliver their promotional solution. Our 40,000 square foot facility has a production capacity of 12,000 crested daily. We build brand value through:

ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will:
  • Work with our knowledgeable screen-printing department.
  • Print designs/logos on various clothing items with a screen print machine.
  • Use creative problem-solving skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Review custom work orders, set up and adjust printing machines and monitor machines during the printing process.
  • Address design and garment issues before and during the printing process.
  • Be a team player and willing to be flexible to assist other departments between order printing.
Qualifications.
  • Ability to distinguish between colors and have excellent hand-eye coordination.
  • Required to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs
  • Previous printing or machine operation experience considered an asset.
  • Attention to detail.
