  • Solve customer problems
  • Coordination of Marketing Material for KAM #39;s
  • Establish SOP #39;s for samples, returnsamp; special orders
  • Call dormant accountsamp; manage small rural accounts
  • Case Management (Returns/Credits)
  • Resolve escalated customer issues
  • Data Entry
  • Other duties assigned as needed

  • High school diploma
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • At least 2 years in manufacturing/logistics environment in Order Desk, Customer Service and/or Dispatch
Compensation
  • $55,000-$60,000 annually plus commission
