FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)/OFFICE ASSISTANTCSN Hubert’s Collision Centre is looking to hire a full time CSR/Office Assistant.A CSR/Office Assistant must be great with customers, familiar with an office setting and knowledgeable with current technology.A CSR/Office Assistant will be required to:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct accordingly
  • Greet all customers
  • Collect payments
  • Open incoming emails and direct accordingly
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform multiple computer related tasks
  • Create and complete collision repair files
  • Complete and close files in Bodyshop management system
