Job Description

Mobile Tech Lab is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to join our growing team for a full-time permanent position at our Corydon, Dakota and Thompson locations. A customer experience representative embodies our excellent understanding of consumer tech and penchant for quality and genuine interactions with customers, culminating in an all round pleasant customer experience. Starting rate is $12.50 with the opportunity for a raise in 6 months.Job Duties:

• Greet customers both in person or on the phone
• Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
• Diagnose device issues and explain the services/fees to the customers
• Create repair tickets
• Consult necessary manual or guides to research solutions
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems
• Communicate with customers and team members on progress of repair tickets
• Intake arriving stock and organize as needed
• May supervise other technical support workers if needed
• Maintain professional demeanor at work and tidy working space.
• Study training materials and follow guides to perform tasks with varied difficulties

Requirements:

• Minimum one years of experience working in the industry, 2 years preferred.
• To be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English with customers and other team members
• Knowledge of iPhones, Samsung, and other smartphones; as well tech in general
