As the Marketing Manager your key responsibilities will include:
  • Campaign Management: You will lead the development and implementation of tactical external communications plan designed to capitalize on market opportunities and generate demand through multi-channel marketing campaigns that provide a steady flow of sales leads.
  • Digital Marketing: You will be hands-on in executing digital marketing campaigns across all channels, monitor and optimize campaign performance and spend, and maximize SEO strategy performance
  • Insightsamp; Planning: You will conduct market research, monitor trends, identify competitive strategies, and produce insights and counter-strategies that will inform department and company-level strategic and financial planning
  • Team Leadership: You will lead a small but mighty team of marketing professionals, support workforce planning initiatives, develop individual development plans and establish regular feedback loops to ensure all team members are meeting their full personal and professional potential
We #39;d like to see:
  • 5+ years #39; experience designing innovative campaigns that drive brand engagement and company performance
  • Experience mentoring junior marketing professionals across all disciplines; previous leadership experience not required by will be considered an asset
  • A storytelling approach to communication and the ability to write compelling copy used in external communications
  • Strong research and analysis skills, and deep knowledge of emerging industry trends
