Job Description

Warehouseamp; Logistics TechnicianVancouver, BC | Full-time, On-Site AT UBC |$55,000–$60,000 + BenefitsAre you the kind of person who likes to keep things moving — literally Our client, a fast-growing Vancouver-based Clean-Tech company, is looking for a reliable, organized, and hands-on Warehouseamp; Logistics Technician to join their team full-time. You’ll play a key role in getting high-quality materials where they need to be — safely, quickly, and accurately.This role is 100% on-site, Monday to Friday, based up at UBC. Great access to transit and a good working environment.What You’ll Do You’ll be the go-to person for managing inventory, shipping logistics, and keeping our warehouse running like a well-oiled machine. Responsibilities include:

  • Shippingamp; Receiving: Pick, pack, ship, and receive goods — both domestic and international.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records in the ERP system, track stock levels, and keep things organized.
  • Logistics Coordination: Create waybills and commercial invoices; work with couriers and freight companies to get shipments out the door.
  • Quality Checks: Inspect incoming materials for accuracy and quality.
  • Problem Solving: Resolve issues like delays, missing paperwork, or shipment errors.
RequirementsWhat You Bring You don’t just move boxes — you think a few steps ahead and keep operations flowing. You’ll need:
  • 2–3 years of experience in a warehouse/logistics role
  • Comfort lifting 50+ lbs and working on your feet
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, etc.)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • A team-first attitude and solid communication skills
  • A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset
