Job Description

While working with Black Rock Oceanfront Resort, and its affiliates, the right candidate will conduct themselves in accordance with our Core Values: Take Ownership, Integrity, Make a Difference, Professionalism.Position Responsibilities:

  • Exceed guests’ expectations by providing exceptional customer service and anticipating lounge guests’ needs.
  • Maximize food and drink revenue
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications;
  • Maintain high personal hygiene standards
  • Participate in ensuring high cleanliness standards are maintained
  • Communicate with Culinary and Front of House to ensure quality of product and service is maintained
  • Properly complete cash handling and balancing
  • Abide by basic beverage control and responsible serving practices
  • Be able to provide guests with information on Black Rock Oceanfront Resort’s amenities, services, and events as well as information on the surrounding area.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by the management
  • Comply with all Black Rock Health & Safety and Security regulations
  • Strictly adhere to all Black Rock Oceanfront Resort policies and procedures
This position requires:

  • Flexible Schedule
  • Responsible Beverage Service Certificate (Serving It Right) Required
