Job Description

Primerica Financial Services is looking for Client Services Associate to join our team at North York, OntarioKey Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison between the company and clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
  • Onboard new clients and provide necessary resources.
  • Analyze client feedback to improve services.
  • Prepare reports on client status and opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • College Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years in a client-facing role.
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
