Key Responsibilities:1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts2. Answer questions about products or the company3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales4. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation5. Go the “extra mile†to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales6. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful informationRequirements:1. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone3. Excellent knowledge of English, Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection4. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaintsHigh school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus5.
