Job Description

Overview:We are seeking a dynamic Pricing and Commissions Coordinator, full-time, one-year contract position with the possibility of an extension to join our team. Future Buildings has an excellent opportunity for an energetic individual who is passionate about numbers and accuracy. This position will interact with key organizational stakeholders to provide timely and accurate weekly payouts to the sales team. This position is non-hybrid, Monday to Friday within our Markham office.Key responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively calculate commissions and pricing
  • Track all payments and documents.
  • Process orders in our proprietary database.
  • Data entry using Excel.
What you will bring to the role:
  • Post-secondary education in related fields preferred: Accounting or Mathematical-related diploma or degree.
  • 2-5 years of experience in a pricing /commission or accounting role with a proven track record of accurate and detailed work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Exceptional aptitude for data analysis with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data while paying full attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and written skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-tasking divergent tasks to meet organizational targets.
  • Capable of providing a balanced and common-sense approach to routine and complex issues while adhering to confidentiality.
