Job Description

INVIRO is seeking a motivated, passionate individual to join our team.   • Coordinate with government agencies, utility companies, etc. to obtain incentives for company projects.
  • Interact with clients and members of different teams within a multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Conduct research and update staff on new incentives/programs/grants as needed.
  • Confer and discuss project specifications as required.
  • Formatting documents, creating MS word or excel documents, proofreading and editing documents.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Maintain a professional image and demeanor at all times.
  • Other duties, relevant to the position, as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in problem-solving.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback from superiors.
  • Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering drawings is an asset.
  • Prior experience in copyrighting is an asset.
  • Prior experience in grant coordination, preferably in the construction/architecture/engineering industry, is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; as well as the latest design methods, practices, techniques, and associated principles; is considered an asset.
  • The ability to use AutoCAD and TrueView is an asset.
