Job Description

Do you love working in a fast pace environment, where you constantly make meaningful contributions dailyWe are looking for an amazing Warehouse Incoming Team Lead to support our growing team and company long term.ROLE OVERVIEWWe are looking for a HIGHLY organized, detail oriented individual to add to our warehouse leadership team. Finally the team lead is Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring all incoming shipments are received efficiently, accurately, in an organized manner and that all issues (Damages/Shortages/Overages/Other) are noted immediately inside our system in line with our standard operating procedures
  • Responsible for teaching, coaching and leading Incoming team members to ensure their accuracy, organization and overall effectiveness of time.
  • Responsible for the organization of how inventory is put away to enable efficiency on the outgoing end and to ensure inventory is 100% Accurate and product is easily identifiable for Outgoing orders and for bi-weekly inventory counts
  • Responsible for improving processes, creating and updating standard operating procedures and holding his/her team accountable to department goals!

  • Secondary/High School Diploma
PREFERRED PREREQUISITES:Knowledge of Common warehouse proceduresExperience working as a Team Lead in a warehouse is an assetAbility to operate a hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipmentHighly comfortable/proficient on the computeramp; communication toolsAble to lift up to 50lbs and on occasion more than thatHIGH level of Attention to detailHIGH level of OrganizationDependable Hardworkingamp; TrustworthyAble to work with little or no supervisionCriminal background check will be completed.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: $20+/hourPowered by JazzHR
