As one of Canada #39;s largest marine engineering integrators, we are looking for talented individuals to bring their skills to Fleetway as we lead the way in Canadian naval defence contracts (In Service Support, new build). Our work is project focused on government ship design and support, including warships, ferries, ice-breakers and commercial vessels. We are looking for qualified ILS Analysts with all levels of experience to join any of our offices in Dartmouth NS, St. John #39;s NL, or Ottawa ON. Our ILS Analysts are a critical component of the Fleetway Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Department. They are respected in the industry through their proven hands-on experience in marine engineering environments. The ILS Analyst performs the Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and Availability, Reliability and Maintainability activities designed to provide subcontractors, management and customers the ILS data deliverables to influence engineering designs and to create the life cycle support products for systems and/or equipment. Key Responsibilities and Outcomes: Much of your time will be spent working on Naval Projects (i.e.: Arctic Offshore Patrol Vessel, Halifax Class Frigate, Canadian Surface Combatant, and Canadian Coast Guard). As an ILS Analyst at Fleetway, you will be involved in the following disciplines: • Logistic Support Analysis Record (LSAR) generation • Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (AR amp;M) analysis • Life Cycle Cost (LCC) management • Maintenance optimization and rationalization • Failure Reporting Analysis and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) • Failure Modes and Effects and Criticality Analysis (FMECA) • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Obsolescence Management and Sparing Analysis • Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) • Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) • Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) • Leading and/or conducting and optimizing spares modelling. You will analyze contractual commitments, customer specifications, engineering data, design changes, vendor furnished information and other data to plan and develop ILS activities from conceptual stage and through the life cycle of the product.
