You help clients improve strength, mobility, and confidence by delivering personalized, therapeutic Pilates sessions that align with their health goals and care plans. You collaborate closely with the clinical team to ensure your sessions support and enhance broader treatment objectives. Pilates Instructors at Tall Tree are experts in creating engaging, effective, and accessible movement experiences. You make clients feel welcomed, supported, and empowered—fostering trust and connection every step of the way. Your role bridges wellness and clinical care, playing a vital part in Tall Tree’s mission to deliver healthcare the way it should be done. As a Pilates Instructor, you will:

• Deliver transformative Pilates care by assessing clients #39; movement patterns, identifying key concerns, and designing personalized programs—whether they’re referred by a clinician or seeking Pilates as their primary service.
• Collaborate as part of an energetic interdisciplinary team, working closely with physiotherapists, massage therapists, and other clinicians to create truly integrated care experiences.
• Capture client progress with precision by maintaining thoughtful documentation and meaningful data that supports both clinical outcomes and continuous improvement.
• Lead with curiosity and expertise by staying at the forefront of Pilates techniques, evidence-based practices, and health trends—ensuring your clients always benefit from the best the field has to offer.
• Contribute to a thriving clinic environment by pitching in with other projects or priorities that elevate the client experience and support the team; tackling any additional tasks that may be assigned.

RequirementsWe #39;re looking for someone who is

• Fully certified through a respected and comprehensive Pilates teacher training program—you bring the knowledge, precision, and passion that sets you apart. You #39;ve been working as a Pilates instructor for at least 2 years, ideally in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Confident and qualified to lead energizing sessions, as well as sessions using the reformer to challenge and inspire clients of all levels.
• First Aidamp; CPR-C certified (or willing to obtain) is an asset.
• A natural communicator with a warm, motivating presence—your energy lifts the room, and your cues land with clarity.
• Ready to thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment—you’re energized by learning from others, contributing your perspective, and creating a workplace where people love to be.
• Humble and curious with a commitment to lifelong learning and collaboration.
