• Must be authorized to work in Canada
• Must have valid Canada Driver #39;s License
• Bilingual - ability to speak and write in both English and French
• Counterbalance Forklift Experience (1 year plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years #39; experience in supply chain handling warehouse operation and people management.
• 3+ years #39; experience in a supervisor or team lead position
• Understanding of Lean principles
• Strong communication skills and a process coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Ensure organization and accuracy of product.
• Investigate and organize shipment discrepancies.
• Respond to inquiries regarding products and inventories.
• Leads the department to meet daily targets and goals.
• Take action to correct any issues and to make improvements.
• Where needed, perform warehouse functions and general duties as assigned.
• Provide purchase orders to our 3PL vendors and our suppliers for items needed in the warehouse.
• Receive all expense purchase orders.
• Conduct warehouse and safety inspections
• Build a Safety Culture being compliance with our Company EHS standards.
• Guarantee the order and cleaning of the warehouse.
• Keep the control of our processes to guarantee we are aligned to our corporate standards and avoid any compliance issue during the internal audits. We need to guarantee high inventory accuracy in the warehouse.
• Analyze Warehouse KPIs to identify opportunity of performance improvements and oversee any other project related to our warehouse at Val D #39;or.
