Join usOur IDEA Global Internship ProgramOur IDEA Global Internship Program is a full-time paid internship for approximately 12 weeks starting in or around June 2023. Interns will receive support, coaching and mentorship, gain practical work experience, and develop new skills to expand their career possibilities.Through the course of the program, we’ve designed a variety of exciting, fun and thoughtful sessions and experiences. There will also be opportunities to connect, collaborate and build relationships with interns across the globe. All interns follow two tracks of learning: the in-depth learning and skillset relevant to their role and the broad breadth knowledge of our business operations. This team will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated online guest experience for Geography & Channel, working closely with partners in Technology, UX and Operations.A day in the life:

• Manage both internal and external partnerships on programs from concept-to-delivery to ensure that products and roadmap priorities meet customer expectations and needs
• Support with cross functional communications and roadmap materials
• Participates in agile ceremonies for workstreams
• Inputs into feature prioritization and sequencing
• Monitor and identify customer/stakeholder needs staying current on industry standards and trends and respond by adjusting user experience and product roadmaps

Nice to haves:

• Collaboration across multiple disciplines including but not limited to business partners, UX teams (design and copy), research and technology disciplines
• Experience with digital technologies, media, e-commerce, payments, or subscription businesses
• Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)
• Ability to drive results independently, but thrives in collaborative environments
• Has a deep desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting and acting on productive feedback
