Why To engage with new clients across North America so that we can help them along the fastest, smoothest path to growth.ResponsibilitiesGenerating new businessBuild new business by qualifying leads, building trust and relationships, identifying needs, and presenting solutionsClose deals quickly and effectively with a structured sales processCreate net-new business opportunities by identifying target clients and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales optionsGenerate leads by managing and participating in outbound campaigns, active networking, and partner relationship buildingDevise new tactics, propose and execute outbound campaigns (or make adjustments to existing campaigns if necessary) in collaboration with Marketing and ExecutivesNurture sales leads, maintaining ongoing communication to realize needs and cultivate further businessSell Entreflow Services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutionsManage the sales pipeline, including but not limited to; initial outreach, discovery sessions, proposal writing and follow upCollaborating and Building Value WithinPrepare proposals that are well-scoped, setting up the execution team, the client and Entreflow for successEffective upselling, cross-selling and rescoping of existing clients/projects to maximize value (for the client) and profitability (for Entreflow); Maintain relationships with clients to identify new or evolving needs or ensure service levels are satisfactoryWork closely with Entreflow Practice Managers and team during kick-off to ensure project successWorking with partnersSeek out and help build reciprocal relationships with other service providers, i.e. Venture capitalists/investors, technology providers, industry associations and influencersWork with the marketing team to highlight networking events and speaking engagements that would be beneficial to Entreflow's growthTracking to GoalsTrack to monthly sales targets and KPIs that are set with the Executive Team and provide weekly updates on progressMaintain lead, prospect, client and deal information in CRM, manage the sales process through CRM, and ensure accuracy of Sales Metrics in CRM dashboardsPrepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information as requestedOtherMaintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, participating in professional societiesContribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as neededEducation, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:Bachelor's degree with a focus on B2B marketing, sales, business administration or similar preferredAt least five years of proven B2B sales experience and minimum three years in services sales - must be able to prove successFormal sales training and practice using a sales methodology (e.g. Strategic Selling, Solution Selling, SPIN, NEAT, etc.)Experience using a CRM, previous experience with Hubspot is an assetBasic education or understanding of accounting, finance, and economicsAssets:Previous experience working in a startup/growth companyEstablished network of small businesses and their investors, venture capitalists, and other service providersQualifications / Skills:Presentation SkillsClient RelationshipsEmphasizing ExcellenceEnergy LevelNegotiation skillsLead follow up, and Prospecting SkillsAbility to define and Meeting Sales GoalsCreative and innovativeSales PlanningIndependent worker requiring minimum supervisionSales process masteryRelationship buildingBenefits of working at EntreflowFun collaborative team to learn fromGain invaluable experience while working on a variety of business types and goals, with highly engaged and innovative clientsCompetitive salary and benefitsBeautiful office space, located in Mount Pleasant, 5 minutes away from the Skytrain, with a clear view over the North Shore mountains.
