Account Executive (Inside Sales & Customer Service) VITALITY is an award-winning line of vitamins and supplements focused on women’s health. We are looking for an Account Executive (Inside Sales & Customer Service) to join our small but growing team. Vitality is sold in 600 stores across Canada and is launching into the United States. Selected applicants will be contacted for phone interviews, followed by an in-person interview with the position starting in December or earlier based on candidate availability.Core Responsibilities and DutiesInside Sales & Customer Service Account Executive (Natural Health)We are looking for an experienced Account Executive (Inside Sales & Customer Service).The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, an entrepreneurial spirit and understands how to advise customers for sales success. Your primary focus is business-to-business with sales prospecting, closing and management of ongoing relationships. An interest in natural health or background in natural health - specifically supplements - is a plus! Full training on our products will be provided.Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Outbound phone calls to drive sales growth and revenue of current accounts
  • Prospecting new accounts and business
  • Present products and follow up for orders and promotional deals
  • Order entry
  • Schedule market visits for Executive and Account Manager as needed, including itinerary, customer visits and travel bookings
  • Ensuring promotional plans and specials are in place at stores
  • Work with stores and in-house marketing coordinator to set up trainings, seminars and support including demos when needed with educators to increase consumer awareness and purchasing
  • Analyzing data to ensure growth and develop strategies with retailers and Account Manager
  • Account administration maintenance and support Distributor Reps as required
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Support admin tasks based on business needs
Qualifications & Expectations:
  • 2-4 years sales experience (desirable to have experience in natural health)
  • High level of initiative and internal drive for feeling of accomplishment including building relationships, problem solving and building relationships
  • Successful experience with sales and relationship development
  • Ability to set objectives, problem-solve, prioritize and achieve goals
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, detail-orientation
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
  • Successful completion of post-secondary education, i.e. Business/Sales Diploma
  • Proficient with computers; Outlook and Excel (intermediate to advanced), experience with Salesforce is beneficial but not necessary
  • Bilingual / Multilingual an asset – if you speak more than one language please list on your resume

This is an in-office position, based in Mount Pleasant (Ontario & East 6th Avenue).
