Reporting to our Director, Merchandising, you’ll play an integral role as we expand into our wholesale channel by being the main point of contact for our major accounts across North America.You will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing strategic sales and budget goals for all our new and existing accounts in North America. This includes understanding our customer needs, brand awareness, trends, wholesale selling timelines, and developing strong relationships with key clients.This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about Vessi’s growth and looking for a challenge to manage wholesale initiatives in a fast growing start-up in the DTC industry.If you’re looking to make a big impact in a key area of our business, we want to hear from you!What You’ll Do:

  • Achieve long and short-term sales and budget goals by growing existing accounts and sourcing new accounts to develop
  • Understand our customer needs and develop strategies to elevate the sales experience and brand awareness
  • Establish strong business relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders
  • Analyze sell-through on a weekly, monthly, and seasonal basis and understand trends across the industry
  • Develop strategies to drive additional sales
  • Discuss and negotiate customer budget plans and find opportunities to exceed them
What We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years of experience in a wholesale account management or relevant sales role; footwear and/or apparel industry experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to sell the Vessi brand and form strong relationships across all levels of the key retail accounts
  • Proven business management, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated with a data-driven and customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to travel as needed
