This position will report to the AP Manager.Key Responsibilities of the Role:Coordinate and communicate with vendorsReconciling of vendor statementsProcessing and coding invoices and expense reportsEnsuring proper authorizations of invoices are in placeMonthly credit card reconciliationsPreparing weekly cheque runs and EFTAssisting with month end procedures, reconciling GL and accruals processOther duties as requiredRequirements:2-3 years of experience in a high-volume environmentRetail or Hospitality experience would be an assetExceptional attention to detailAbility to work independently, problem solve, and assist others when neededStrong communication and computer skillsAbility to multi task and prioritizeAbility to adapt to fast paced, high growth environmentExceptional time management skills and ability to meet deadlinesSUMMATION:Submission of resume does not guarantee an interview or an actual transfer.
