As Administrative Coordinator you will be responsible for providing support to the Financial Planning Specialists, Will and Estate Consultants, and Business Owner – High Net Worth Planning Services Specialists to enable them to focus on providing superior client service.What will you do

  • Oversee the efficiency of day-to-day operations
  • Fulfill administrative duties: Printing, packaging ,and mailing of client reports
  • Manage specialist calendars and meeting materials
  • Complete monthly expense reports
  • Maintain and order equipment and supplies
  • Manage files and records, and complete travel arrangements
  • Assist at client seminars & events including packaging of materials
What do you need to succeedMust have:
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a similar position in the financial industry
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Effective written, verbal and electronic communication skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to work effectively with others and be perceived as a team player
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
