The Opportunity:Reporting to the Manager, Third Party Residential Underwriting, the Administrator is responsible for distributing a high volume of faxes and emails to workflow and retrieving, faxing, and scanning documentation.
  • Answer all incoming calls and transfer to relevant personnel
  • Manage files and identify purpose of faxes or emails
  • Distribute faxes and emails through workflow
  • Scan and upload final reports to workflow
  • Assist with preparing files for escalation
  • Create broker labels and assigning brokers on designated portal
  • Assist with resetting broker passwords
  • Reviewing broker license on regulatory websites
  • Request and import title searches from the FNF portal
  • Assist Receptionist with assigned duties including sorting mail
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned by Management
The Requirements Needed:
  • Previous administrative experience an asset
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm focus during hectic periods
  • Post-secondary education and/or equivalent work experience preferred
