Our approach allows individuals to experience variety in their workload and develop more than one skill set.We are looking for Animator/Animation Revisionists to join our team! A Kickstart Animator/Animation Revisionists plays a key role in addressing the needs of the Showrunner and Animation Supervisor on the series, primarily revising existing animation but will also occasionally be animating new shots from scratch. Animation library asset creation and management is also a large responsibility for this role. You will be part of the team on a 3D animated TV series which will stream on Netflix.Responsibilities and Duties:Revise existing 3D animation (generated by partner studios) according to the specifications provided by the Animation Supervisor and series ShowrunnerAnimate select key shots from layout to final polish as requested by the Animation SupervisorIncorporate Series Directors’ notes to uphold a high level of quality in each shot and maintain consistency across sequences and full episodesCreate and maintain animation library assets for use and reuse in productionPolish shots and scenes adhering to a rigorous production schedule with shifting daily deadlines and tasksVarious animation related tasks as requested by the Animation Supervisor, which could change day-to-day depending on the needs of the productionExperience and Skills Required:2+ years experience animating for a 3D television seriesHigh level of proficiency animating in MayaStrong sense of acting, staging, posing, timing and storytellingDegree/diploma from a recognized animation school is an assetAbility to multitask and prioritizeDrive, determination and creative problem-solving skillsEffective and professional communication skills and a positive attitudeBonus Experience:ShotgunGSuiteSlackJob Types: Full-time, ContractCreate.
