Job Description

The team at West Broadway Dentist located in Vancouver is searching for a second an enthusiastic, passionate Associate Dentist to join us on a full-time basis to cover a maternity leave and support their growing office. The Associate Dentist will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive, rewarding experience and leave with a smile. The Ideal Associate for our team and practice is motivated to build strong patient relationships and deliver outstanding, consistent treatment as part of a collaborative teamWHAT WE ARE OFFERING:

  • Well established practice with great and a solid patient base
  • Great patient flow, you will be booked from your first day
  • Full-Time, working 4 days a week to start (including Saturdays)
  • Progressive dental practice with state-of-the-art dental equipment such as an iTero scanner
  • Highly skilled and talented team of CDAs (or RDAs) to assist and support you with delivering treatment and a strong organized front desk team to support you with bookings and managing your schedule efficiently
  • Experienced dental professionals that provide leadership and mentorship so you can learn and grow as a Dentist

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
  • Doctor of Dental Surgery from a University recognized by the provincial college / association
  • Registered with the College of Dental Surgeons of B.C.
  • 1-3 years of experience practicing dentistry in Canada is required
  • Support and accommodate our new patient growth, as well as support our implant and perio needs
  • Role would ideally commence in November 2022 and continue into a full-time permanent position
  • Must prioritize patient care, have strong communication skills and be eager to provide a full spectrum of dentistry treatment
  • Demonstrated ability to connect and communicate with a variety of patients and address a diversity of patient needs
  • Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively when needed
