Our Content Management team works with some of the largest media companies and sports leagues in the world including household names like the NBA, Sony, Paramount, Fremantle Media, and Turner to help them manage and grow their audiences through both fan upload content and their official channels, on video platforms such as YouTube.*Associate Video Producer*BBTV seeks a goal-oriented and creative Associate Producer with strong communication skills to assist in production for fast growing YouTube channels that are dedicated to entertainment properties. In this position, you will develop video compilations re-imagining existing content clips from popular entertainment franchises delivering high-quality engaging video content on a daily and weekly basis to our audiences.You should excel at generating ideas, scripting videos, compiling footage and imagery to create engaging videos from concept to delivery. You love watching movies, television and other entertainment-driven endeavors and are knowledgeable of trending topics.The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail and the ability to create and maintain new workflows.You will have a key voice in producing compelling stories that are both entertaining and authentic to the partner’s brand and fandom. Collaborating within an environment that encourages ideation and iteration, you will focus on growth strategies for the channels you work on, and for yourself as a professional creator.*Responsibilities*

• Write and produce video content optimized for YouTube that re-imagines existing content clips from popular entertainment franchises (films, TV series, sports highlights, etc…)
• Watch films and television programming to find compelling video clips that makes for engaging storytelling
• Contribute to all creative stages — including conceptualization, production, and editing

• Work closely and collaboratively with editor to bring videos to life — collaboration is essential to this role
• Implement feedback from team lead in a timely manner

• Create social “cut downs” for other video platforms (e.g. Instagram, Twitter, TikTok)

• Ensure the successful delivery of video projects in collaboration with other producers and editors to be programmed and published on assigned channels
• Keep projects and working media organized and maintain accurate and detailed records of daily production
• Suggest formatting for titles, video thumbnails and other graphics as needed
• Assist with gathering analytical research on videos
• Research and identify content, trends and events that are relevant to audiences and program related content to maximize viewership
• Additional duties as assigned by the team as required

Requirements

• At least 1-2 years experience in media, and/or video production
• Digital video enthusiast and knowledgeable about YouTube and other social media platforms preferred
• A self-starter that works well in a collaborative team environment to create quality, distinctive work
• Demonstrable experience in creating video content from conception to completion
• Thorough understanding of online video production methods, including audio and graphics
• Creative sensibility related to asset adaptation

• Self confidence and composure to accept critique, process it, and apply learnings
• Ability to establish priorities while handling multiple projects
• Ability to meet tight deadlines for both internal and external reviews

• Collaborative nature; works well with different personalities and professional styles

• Ability to use the G Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
• Familiarity with scriptwriting, storyboarding a plus
• Experience in video editing is a definite asset
