Were a team of hustlers, with a passion for fitness, having fun, and finding more ways to make the world a healthier place.Were looking for a B2B Sales and Implementation Manager to join our team! Our Studio segment is made up of fast-growing, successful and large fitness businesses. These are 1-4 location fitness businesses that are looking to accelerate their personal training revenues by adopting fitness technology. Its your neighbourhood PT studio or boutique gym that wants to grow their business with digital coaching and digital memberships powered by a coaching app. And we help them do it!An integral part of the Growth team, the Studio Manager is responsible for leading the sales strategy and onboarding (implementation) process for our studio customers. This high-visibility, target-supporting role will be responsible for influencing new customers, accelerating existing opportunities and crushing how they incorporate Trainerize into their business.This role is located in Vancouver, BC, and reports to the Growth Marketing Director.What youll do:

  • Lead the Trainerize Studio team, driving overachievement and goals with coaching, performance management, engagement, and career development.
  • Manages a team of Account Executives and team performance against MRR quotas and forecasts, executes operating plans and ensures sales objectives are met.
  • Offers Sales Call coaching and supports with various sales technique strategies
  • Experiment with new tactics & technologies to increase funnel generation
  • Facilitate individual growth on 1-1s
  • Analyze sales data to identify potential gaps in process
  • Manage the studio lead pipeline and nurture to customer through sales or automated outreach
  • Define and execute the market response & outbound sales strategy and tactics
  • Monitor KPIs
  • Manages a team of Onboarding/Implementation Specialists, working closely with the Onboarding team members and the team lead on optimizing how we deliver onboarding and coaching to Studio fitness businesses, making them successfully launch their digital coaching services and coaching app.
  • Nurtures a positive team environment, in alignment with Trainerizes Core Values
  • Drives metrics to measure performance of the inside sales activities; corrects deficiencies where necessary.
  • Spearhead recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of sales management or supervisory experience preferred; SaaS sales experience required
  • Bachelors Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
  • Demonstrated experience in building, training, managing, developing and getting results from an inside sales and implementation teams
  • Skilled motivator with demonstrated ability to coach and develop sales staff to exceed targeted sales objectives and deliver high quality service to customers
  • Proven track record of driving high volume, transactional sales
  • Ability to work well with all levels of people and teams in a cluster team organization structure
  • A background that includes marketing of SMB software products, fitness, lifestyle, health, SaaS, or technology
  • A background or interest in fitness. (Nice to have!)
Knowledge
  • Previous SaaS experience required
  • You understand MRR and the full sales cycle of a SaaS deal - from cold call to demo.
  • You have a proven track record of scaling high-impact, multi-channel go-to-market efforts for B2B and crushing your targets.
  • Fluency in English with impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong experience using Salesforce (or another CRM), Outreach, and Google Suite
  • Goal-oriented self-starter who is dedicated to driving sales and growth
  • Organized and process-driven with a strong ability to research
  • You are super comfortable with Customer relationship management (CRM) systems like Hubspot, SalesForce.com
  • You have good knowledge of virtualization/reporting technology
