About you: We are growing and have an opportunity for a great person who has a passion for making fantastic drinks and serving to join us as a Bartender. You are savvy behind the bar, have fantastic customer experience skills and believe in being a positive part of an awesome team.You will be responsible for: *Creating classic and new cocktails, pouring beer*Creating awesome customer experiences through great service*Ensuring we are making beverages in the specification to our quality standards*Working within a team to ensure we are meeting service demands*Maintaining a clean and efficient workspace*Conducting inventory management, stocking the bar*Other duties as requiredYou have experience in: *Bartending and creating new drinks*A high volume casual environment*Providing excellent customer service*Knowledge of POS*Utilizing your excellent organizational skills*Maintaining high energy and working effectively under pressure*Working within a team and providing support when needed*Learning and continuous improvementAt Tacofino, we believe our people are what makes us great.
