About us: The Anatoli Group is family owned and has expanded to three locations in the Vancouver area with more locations planned to come. After 30 years of success on the North Shore, The Greek by Anatoli was opened in the heart of Yaletown and following our Gastown location! Job Summary:
  • Providing a excellent customer service & ensuring the highest level of food quality
  • Serving the bar and making all incoming drinks for the restaurant
  • Memorizing the food & drinks menu as well as daily specials
  • Greeting, taking orders, providing recommendations, addressing allergies and concerns.
  • Communication with the team and managers
  • Promoting a positive work environment and culture by maintaining supportive relationships with all team members
  • Taking directions effectively and promptly
  • Going above and beyond for guest needs to create genuine experiences
Requirements:
  • Strong work ethic
  • 2 years bartending experience
  • drink memorization
  • understanding of basic cocktails
  • Work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • High levels of awareness to understand where and when they are needed
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays
