Job Description

We are currently hiring experienced Bartenders to join us at Stanley Park Brewing Restaurant & Brewpub in Vancouver!Located at the Beach Avenue entrance of Stanley Park, our Brewpub & Restaurant is nestled amongst the pitch & putt, lawn bowling and tennis courts, and just steps away from some of the best recreational trails and viewpoints in Vancouver.This is a fixed-term opportunity ending September 30th, 2023, with the opportunity for an extension. Part-time and full-time hours available!Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Staying up to date and knowledgeable on all food and beverage offerings
  • Executing food and drink orders in a timely manner
  • Ensuring food and drink quality meets JRG standards
  • Communicating all current JRG promotions to guests
  • Handling cash and credit transactions
  • Adhering to JRG Policies and Procedures including daily implementation of the 18 Steps of Service
  • Assisting with daily and weekly scheduled environment cleaning practices

REQUIREMENTS
  • Our ideal candidate has prior bartending experience in a brewery, restaurant, pub, or other applicable hospitality establishment
  • Valid Serving it Right Certification
  • Excellent craft beer knowledge and thorough understanding of responsible alcohol service
  • Occupational First Aid Level 1 considered an asset!
